The Recovery and Reform Delivery Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (RDO) is a group of Ukrainian professionals (non-civil servants) funded on a temporary basis through the Ukraine Recovery and Reform Architecture Programme (URA)* programme that provides targeted technical support and assists the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in the design and implementation of priority reforms.
The Recovery and Reform Delivery Office (RDO) is one of the main cornerstones of the Ukraine Recovery and Reform Architecture Programme (URA). It is placed in the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and serves as an advisory body to the CMU, coordinating and analysing the processes of reforms implemented by the Ukrainian administration.
We are now opening the competition for the position of Administrative Assistant who will assist the RDO Executive Director with day-to-day administrative tasks and provide organizational and logistical support to the RDO team.

This consultancy assignment is expected to start on May 1, 2024. The estimated duration of the assignment is till August 2025. Subject to the availability of funding, the performance of the selected consultant and the specific needs of the RDO, this appointment may be extended. This is a full-time assignment based in Kyiv.
