EU ambassadors endorse Plan for Ukraine Facility ahead of EU Council meeting. 

Ministers held a discussion on the situation in Ukraine and on the Ukraine Plan, aimed at unblocking the disbursements under the first pillar of the Ukraine Facility for 2024-2027. 

The United States cooperates with Europe to transfer the frozen assets of the russian federation for the benefit of Ukraine – U.S. Department of State.
