Denys Shmyhal: Government adopts Reform Matrix – a plan of changes incorporating officially approved recommendations of partners.

Government launches interactive Reforms Matrix website containing all the indicators, reforms content and their implementation schedule.

Verkhovna Rada ratifies Framework Agreement to launch Ukraine Facility.

Government approves EUR 100 million from the Council of Europe Development Bank for compensation for destroyed housing.

Denys Shmyhal: The EBRD will accumulate EUR 300 million to support Ukraine's energy sector. 

European Commission supported start of negotiations on Ukraine's accession to EU: Kyiv expects it this month. 

State Department: U.S. government will use REPO act for effective seizure of russian assets. 

Biden and Macron supported the use of profits from frozen russian assets for the benefit of Ukraine.
