Nataliia has over eight years of professional experience in public policy analysis and coordination, legislative drafting at the national and European levels, and management of international technical assistance projects.
She started her career as a policy analyst in civil society, producing analytical materials on European integration. She later joined the Ministry of Social Policy as a state expert, where she was responsible for developing regulations and coordinating policies on European integration and social human rights. Nataliia has working experience with European institutions, having worked as a Research Fellow at the European Liberal Forum think tank and cooperated with the European Parliament. Also worked as a project manager, developing and implementing international technical assistance projects.
She holds an Advanced Master of Arts in European Interdisciplinary Studies (specialisation - EU policy) from the College of Europe, a Master of Public Policy and Governance from the Kyiv School of Economics (KSE), and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
She has also completed international short-term programmes in Sweden, the United States, Austria and Singapore, focusing on public administration, EU policy and human rights.
