The Reforms Delivery Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (Recovery and Reforms Delivery Office, RDO) is an advisory body that assists the Government of Ukraine in developing and implementing priority reforms.

RDO coordinates and supports the work of the Secretariat of the Multi-agency Donor Coordination Platform for Ukraine on the Ukrainian government side.

With the expertise of our specialists and international experience, RDO supports the Cabinet of Ministers and guides priority reforms from problem analysis to developing a mechanism for implementation, monitoring effectiveness and communicating change.

The RDO team also participates in the organisation of the annual Ukraine Recovery Conference.

RDO is the part of Ukraine Recovery and Reform Architecture (URA) program.

The Ukraine Recovery and Reform Architecture is a comprehensive technical assistance programme deployed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), in partnership with the European Union, to support critical recovery and reform processes in Ukraine. URA is implemented
with the financial assistance of the EBRD-Ukraine Stabilisation and Sustainable Growth Multi-Donor Account (MDA), contributors to which are Austria, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Latvia, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States,
and the European Union.

The Head of the RDO is the Prime Minister of Ukraine. Management is carried out by the RDO Executive Director.

Promotes quality, sustainable and successful changes in Ukraine.
