The Recovery and Reform Support Team at the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine (MinEconomy), Environment Sub-Team is seeking 5 qualified specialists for the positions:

  1. Public Administration Reform Expert (PAR Expert)
  2. Senior Project Manager, Environmental Monitoring Reform
  3. IT Expert – Backend
  4. Lawyer, Subsoil Use Reform
  5. Senior Project Manager on Industrial Emissions Reduction Reform

The Recovery and Reform Support Team Mineconomy is a group of consultants that provides targeted technical assistance to the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine in the development and implementation of priority reforms. The RST is a part of the Ukraine Recovery and Reform Architecture (URA)* programme. URA is a comprehensive technical assistance programme, deployed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), in partnership with the European Union, to support critical recovery and reform processes in Ukraine.

 

Submissions deadline: 23:59 (Kyiv time) on the 26th of November 2025.
