Olena has extensive work experience in the investment and financial sector. She worked as a Director for Ukrainian-based investment-banking company FinPoint. She has been involved in numerous private sector projects (M&A, capital raisings, restructurings) as well the advisory projects for the public sector, namely, with the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine on medium-term debt strategy and investor relations (2017-2019, 2021-2022); with Naftogaz on the attraction of equity investors for Ukraine's gas transmission system operator (2017-2018).
In 2020-2021 she was Advisor to the CEO of State Enterprise “National Nuclear Energy Generating Company Energoatom” providing strategic advice on finance-related matters.
