Olena has 20+ years of experience in crisis communications, government relations, investor relations, reform advocacy in emerging markets.
From Nov 2021 till May 2023, she worked as a Director of the Reform Support Team at the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine.
In 2014-2021 Olena worked at Naftogaz of Ukraine as Director of Corporate Communications and later as Director of Government and Stakeholder Relations.
She was responsible for building relations with key government stakeholders in Ukraine and abroad, advancing the group’s strategic agenda with advocacy and information campaigns, and safeguarding the group's interests against adverse regulatory actions and initiatives.
Olena has an MSc in Management from Otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg and BBA in Management and Information Systems from the International Christian University of Kyiv.
