Olga Zhurova possesses over 15 years of expertise in strategic planning, public administration, and stakeholder communication.
Her public sector career commenced as the Deputy Head of the Decentralization Unit at the Secretariat of the Kyiv City Council, where she served from 2016 to 2019. This role established a solid foundation for her subsequent professional development within government institutions, allowing her to acquire substantial experience in the design and implementation of reforms.
From 2019 to 2020, Olga contributed as a Reform Specialist at both the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine and the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, with a focus on strategic planning and communications.
Between 2020 and 2022, she occupied the position of Deputy Head of Office at the Kyiv Regional State Administration, where she was responsible for coordinating administrative processes and executing regional initiatives.
