He worked as a leading specialist of the legal department of the Kyiv regional state administration, head of the legal department of the executive department of the Kyiv regional council. Engaged in private legal practice. He was an assistant consultant to the heads of subcommittees on land relations of the Agrarian Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
He studied the experience of managing land resources in the Netherlands, Germany, France, the USA, and the Czech Republic. He participated in a number of seminars on land consolidation held by FAO.
As an expert, he participated in the USAID Agroinvest projects "Creation and development of the Resource Center and web portal on land rights", the USAID Program for Agrarian and Rural Development (AGRO), the European Union project "Supporting the implementation of agricultural and food policy in Ukraine". The program of the World Bank and the EU "Supporting transparent management of land resources in Ukraine", projects of the German-Ukrainian agrarian dialogue.
Author, co-author of dozens of legislative acts regulating land relations. Among them are the Laws of Ukraine:
"On the alienation of land plots, other objects of immovable property located on them, which are in private ownership, for public needs or for reasons of public necessity".

In 1999, he graduated from the Academy of Labor and Social Relations, Faculty of Law, specialty: "Jurisprudence". In 2019, he graduated from Kharkiv National Agrarian University named after V.V. Dokuchaev, majoring in "Geodesy and Land Management".
