Tetiana Kamenchuk
Senior Project Manager
Public Administration Reform and EU Integration
Tetiana is a legal and project management professional with extensive experience in public administration reform and human rights protection. She currently serves as Senior Project Manager for Public Administration Reform and EU Integration at the Reform Delivery Office under the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, where she coordinates the implementation of key reforms in public administration and European integration processes.
Previously, Tetiana worked at the European Union Advisory Mission (EUAM) in Ukraine, providing support in implementing government and ministerial reform policies and managing international projects. As a consultant for the EU4PAR2 initiative, she delivered lectures on administrative procedure to civil servants. She also has experience mentoring at a legal clinic and working on judicial reform.
Her work at the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine highlights her expertise in decentralising administrative services and integrating digital solutions.
Tetiana obtained her Ph.D. in Law from Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University, defending a dissertation on "Human Rights: Traditional and Modern Approaches." She is certified in project management (PRINCE2) and has completed a series of specialised training programs on human rights protection during armed conflicts and administrative procedure.
Tetiana is also the author of numerous academic publications, contributing to the principles of transparency, justice, and efficiency in public institutions.
