Mariia has 7+ years’ experience in managing and implementing international technical assistance projects, 4+ years of project management experience in government relations, coordination and management of team’s work and performance. 

At the outbreak of russia's full-scale war of aggression against Ukraine, Mariia facilitated the launch and setting up of the Government Humanitarian HQs business processes. Starting from March 2022, jointly with the RDO team, she was engaged in coordination and drafting the Recovery Plan, its presentation at the Ukraine Recovery Conference in Lugano (2022), and the finalization considering the results of public discussions. 

Mariia provides support for coordination with the Ukraine Recovery and Reform Architecture (URA) programme, deployed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), in partnership with the European Union, to support critical recovery and reform processes in Ukraine.

Currently, she closely works with the Brussels Office of the Secretariat of the Multi-agency Donor Coordination Platform for Ukraine.

Graduated with a Master’s Degree in International Relations from the Institute of International Relations, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
