Areas of expertise: Harmonisation of Ukrainian labour legislation with the EU acquis, labour migration management, EU social policy.

Areas of work: Return of citizens temporarily displaced, especially abroad, and their integration into the socio-economic life of a state; veterans policy, the transition from military service to civilian life; social protection; protection of children's rights and return of children temporarily displaced abroad.

Prior to joining the Reforms Delivery Office of the Cabinet of Ministers she headed the State Employment Service, was Editor-in-Chief of People Management magazine and worked as an independent consultant on the strategic development of human resource management and industrial relations.

Olga holds a PhD in Law, a degree from the Academy of Advocacy of Ukraine, the National University of Physical Education and Sport, an international HR certification and is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (UK).
