Has a profound expertise in communications and project coordination. Over 10 years of experience in public and government communications, project development and implementation, and communication campaigns.
At the Reforms Delivery Office, she is responsible for communication in the field of human capital. Since the start of the full-scale war, the veteran sector has also been involved in cooperation.
Since 2022, she has been participating in providing communication support for the annual international Ukraine Recovery Conference (URC) and organizing the presentation of the cultural sector (URC2023, URC2024).
Prepares and implements communication strategies and plans, improves government communications, establishes relationships with donors, NGOs, and public opinion leaders, conducting communication audits, and organizes events for various target groups. She has significant experience in developing communication strategies and implementing information campaigns.
Participated in the development of government communication reform and the development of an information campaign on decentralization in 2015.
Implemented a communication campaign for internally displaced persons in 2014-2015.
Coordinated the development of the communication strategy and new visual identity for the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine in 2017.
Participated in the development of a communication strategy and was responsible for the implementation of communication campaigns in the field of education and science for the EU Delegation to Ukraine under the "Moving Forward Together" umbrella in 2017-2019.
She holds a Master's degree in organizational management, studied at the Chartered Institute of Marketing, and holds an EECMD diploma.
