EBRD is looking for two Analysts to join the Governance team at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and support the implementation of the Ukraine Recovery and Reform Architecture (URA)[1] programme*. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to Ukraine's reconstruction and reform efforts while working alongside government institutions, international partners and reform experts to help drive reforms that are critical to the country's recovery, resilience and path towards EU integration.
The two roles will support the management and delivery of the programme through a combination of analytical, operational and stakeholder coordination responsibilities. Both positions involve working closely with reform support teams, monitoring reform and recovery progress, engaging with a wide range of partners, and contributing to reporting and decision-making that helps advance Ukraine's reform agenda.
The positions offer different areas of specialisation: one will focus more on financial planning, budgeting and programme operations, while the other will focus on communications, visibility, results monitoring and reporting.
We're looking for motivated professionals with strong analytical and communication skills, experience in international or donor-funded programmes, and an interest in public sector reform. Successful candidates will be comfortable managing multiple priorities, working with diverse stakeholders, and contributing to meaningful change in Ukraine's recovery and reform process.
