Kharkiv has become the first Ukrainian city to launch the eMalyatko Newborn Registration Service, which currently offers eight services in the test mode.
According to the Facebook page of the Public Administration Reform, the eMalyatko is an umbrella service that covers ten services from the government to parents of newborn children.
The first young family has obtained the following six services under a single application:

child’s birth registration;

establishment of a child’s filiation;

child birth allowance allocation;
-
child’s registration in the State Register of Individual Taxpayers;

attestation of Ukrainian citizenship for a child;

child’s registration in the Unified State Demographic Register.
January 2020 will see the service launched in ten other Ukrainian cities, including Kyiv, Dnipro, Odesa, Zaporizhia, Rivne, Kryvyi Rih, Lviv, Lutsk, Vinnytsia and Mariupol.
