The Recovery and Reform Delivery Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine extends a call for experts for the position of Project Manager (Advocacy and Stakeholders Engagement)

The Recovery and Reform Delivery Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine is a group of Ukrainian professionals (non-civil servants) funded on a temporary basis through the Ukraine Recovery and Reform Architecture Programme (URA) programme that provides targeted technical support and assists the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in the design and implementation of priority reforms. 

The Recovery and Reform Delivery Office (RDO) is one of the main cornerstones of the Ukraine Recovery and Reform Architecture Programme (URA). It is placed in the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and serves as an advisory body to the CMU, coordinating and analysing the processes of reforms implemented by the Ukrainian administration.

According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine № 1206 dated November 17, 2023, the Recovery and Reform Delivery Office was entrusted with a mandate to perform functions of the Secretariat of the Multi-agency Donor Coordination Platform from the Ukrainian side. 

We are extending a call for experts for the vacant position of Project Manager (Advocacy and Stakeholders Engagement) who will provide the following services:

  1. Support the operation of the Secretariat of the Multi-agency Donor Coordination Platform for Ukraine from the Ukrainian side. 

  2. Consulting and assistance in coordinating international stakeholders for the Ukrainian reconstruction and recovery purposes.

 

This consultancy assignment is expected to start preferably on April 15, 2024. Duration of the assignment will depend on the availability of funding, needs of the URA programme and performance of the selected consultant. The probation period is three months.

Only Ukrainian nationals are eligible to apply.

Only short-listed applicants will be invited to the written test and interview.
