The Recovery and Reform Support Team at the Ministry of Econoy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine is a group of consultants that provides targeted technical assistance to the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine in the development and implementation of priority reforms. The RST is a part of the Ukraine Recovery and Reform Architecture (URA)[1] programme. URA is a comprehensive technical assistance programme, deployed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), in partnership with the European Union, to support critical recovery and reform processes in Ukraine.
Submissions deadline: 23:59 (Kyiv time) on February 23, 2026.
Potential candidates should submit:

- Reference Letter from a recent/current supervisor (original in English or Ukrainian with English translation)
