The Recovery and Reform Support Team at the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine announces a call for expert positions

The Recovery and Reform Support Team (RST) at the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine is seeking qualified specialists for the positions of:

1. Senior Legal Expert - Team Lead (Legal Support and Organisational Transformations, VET) (Category 1). Link to the job description (Terms of Reference).
2. Senior Project Manager - Team Lead (Content and Public-Private Partnership, VET) (Category 1). Link to the job description (Terms of Reference).
3. Senior Project Manager - Team Lead (Network Modernisation and Infrastructure, VET) (Category 1). Link to the job description (Terms of Reference).

The RST supports the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine in the implementation of priority reforms. The RST is part of the Ukraine Recovery and Reform Architecture (URA)* programme. URA is a comprehensive technical assistance programme, deployed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), in partnership with the European Union, to support critical recovery and reform processes in Ukraine.

Submissions deadline: 23:59 (Kyiv time) on February 12, 2025.
