The Ukraine Recovery and Reform Architecture (URA) programme provides targeted technical support and assists the Government of Ukraine in the design and implementation of priority reforms. The programme assists in filling capacity gaps in the design and implementation of priority reform strategies and programmes, while strengthening links and partnerships between the Government’s priorities and relevant donor support.
