The Ukraine Reform Architecture Foundation is seeking a qualified specialist for the position:

Main Duties and Responsibilities
Regular security monitoring
- Ensure routine daily security monitoring, including but not limited to review of identity protection, sign-in activity, devices and email security, security alerts and multi-factor authentication (MFA) compliance.
- Perform immediate incident response within the provided SLA.
- Ensure endpoint health, including verification of antivirus/endpoint protection.
- Perform User account administration and hygiene, including timely setup for new starters and deactivation for departing consultants; periodic review of access rights.
- Escalation of suspected or confirmed security incident as instructed.
User and technical support
- Provide front-line technical support to the Programme consultants, ensuring efficient day-to-day IT operations across all teams.
- Manage user accounts, including domains, email accounts, software licences and mailing/distribution services.
- Liaise directly with consultants to identify, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Systems, security and licensing
- Administer and maintain the Programme's M365 tenant(s), ensuring ongoing system security and data integrity.
- Administer Windows operating systems and other licensed software used by the Programme.
- Provide consultations and practical guidance on IT security matters to Programme staff.
Ukraine Reforms Architecture Foundation (URA Foundation) is a non-governmental organization that provides operational support to Ukraine Reforms Architecture (URA)[1] project, a comprehensive technical assistance programme, deployed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), in partnership with the European Union, to support critical recovery and reform processes in Ukraine.
