The Ukraine Reform Architecture Foundation is seeking a qualified specialist for the position:

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Support in Financial and Inventory Administration

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of primary and supporting subcontractor documentation, including collection, systematic review for accuracy/completeness, and submission for authorization.
  • Perform data entry into the accounting system and maintain a secure, organized filing system for all financial records.
  • Maintain and regularly audit the organizational inventory, ensuring records remain accurate and up to date.

Operational & Team Support

  • Act as the central point of contact between URAF, URA teams, and external subcontractors to streamline communication and procedural compliance.
  • Advise on, process, and track internal team requests, ensuring all approvals are obtained and tasks are closed out in accordance with internal service-level agreements.
  • Coordinate business travel arrangements and manage the reimbursement process. Support procurement activities in strict alignment with established organizational policies.

M365 Administration

  • Manage Microsoft 365 user accounts and provide frontline support for data protection and information security protocols.

General Administration

  • Oversee incoming and outgoing correspondence, manage delivery services, and coordinate with printing and maintenance contractors.
  • Provide high-level administrative assistance to the URAF leadership as required to meet evolving organizational needs.

Ukraine Reforms Architecture Foundation (URA Foundation) is a non-governmental organization that provides operational support to Ukraine Reforms Architecture (URA)* project, a comprehensive technical assistance programme, deployed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), in partnership with the European Union, to support critical recovery and reform processes in Ukraine.
