Oksana has 15+ years of experience supporting clients in the commercial and non-commercial sectors on intellectual property issues. Before joining the RDO team Oksana worked in Jurimex law firm as a legal counsel and co-chair of IP practice.
She was responsible for handling all aspects of intellectual property from managing IP portfolios to litigation. Oksana also participated in the development of sectoral legislation. Master’s degree in law obtained at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. She received her post-graduate education in intellectual property at the Odessa Law Academy. Oksana has certificates of attorney-at-law and of a patent attorney.
Oksana was recognized among the leading trademark professionals by World Trademark Review 1000 in 2022 and 2023, also ranked among the best media law professionals by “2022 Best Lawyers in Ukraine”.
