Recovery and Reform Support Team at the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine is hiring

We encourage professionals to apply for vacant positions at the Recovery and Reform Support Team (RST) at the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine.

The Recovery and Reform Support Team at the Ministry of Finance is a part of the Ukraine Recovery and Reform Architecture (URA)*. URA is a comprehensive technical assistance programme deployed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), in partnership with the European Union, to support critical recovery and reform processes in Ukraine.

Currently, the RST is expanding and seeking 3 qualified specialists for the positions of:

1. Senior Project Manager on Improvement of International Financial Cooperation Process

2. Senior Project Manager on improvement of budgeting at the local level

3. Senior Project Manager on the audit of measures set out in the Ukraine Plan

The initial consultancy assignment is expected to start in October 2024 and has an estimated duration till August, 2025. This assignment has an opportunity for extension, subject to the donors funding availability and the consultant’s performance.

Submissions must be prepared in English only and be delivered electronically by 29 September 2024, 23:59 (Kyiv time) to mof.rst@reforms.in.ua.

All submissions must include a completed Application form, NDA Form, the candidate’s Curriculum Vitae, and contact details for three referees who, if contacted, can attest to the professional and/or educational background of the candidate.
