Recovery and Reforms Delivery Office of the Cabinet of Ministers is looking for Administrative Assistant

The Recovery and Reforms Delivery Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine opens a call for Administrative Assistant position.

Administrative Assistant will ensure comprehensive organizational and administrative support of the RDO, including event management support, and perform other ad-hoc tasks upon request of the Executive Director to support the efficient performance of RDO tasks.

 

The Reforms Delivery Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (Recovery and Reforms Delivery Office, RDO) is an advisory body that assists the Government of Ukraine in developing and implementing priority reforms. RDO is the part of Ukraine Recovery and Reform Architecture (URA)* program, deployed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in partnership with the European Union to support critical recovery and reform processes in Ukraine.

 

Submission deadline: by 23:59 (Kyiv time) on October 16, 2024.

Potential candidates should submit:

  • Completed Application Form;

  • NDA Form;

  • CV;

  • Contact details of three referees who, if contacted, can confirm the candidate's professional and/or educational background.

 

The documents should be sent to rdo@kmu.gov.ua with a copy to rdo.teem@gmail.com within the deadlines indicated. 

All the documents must be written in English. Candidates who have submitted incomplete documents will not be considered. Only short-listed applicants will be invited to the written test and interview. 

Important notice: only Ukrainian nationals are eligible to apply; civil servants are not eligible to apply unless 6 months have elapsed since they left such employment.
