According to the results of the competitive selection Tatyana Kovtun will hold the position of Executive Director of the Reforms Delivery Office of the CMU (RDO) from January 2022.
Tatyana has extensive expertise and practical experience in effective governance, public administration and civil service reform, lawmaking, project management, and international technical assistance coordination. She has over 15 years of professional experience, including her work in the civil service and at the EU Delegation to Ukraine.
“Using the international expertise as well as broad industry expertise of Ukrainian specialists, Reforms Delivery Office provides comprehensive support to the Cabinet of Ministers in development and realization of important transformations. I thank Anton Yashchenko for his fruitful work and congratulate the new Executive Director Tetyana Kovtun. We have difficult tasks and a lot of work ahead of us”, - said the Prime Minister of Ukraine Denis Shmygal.
Anton Yashchenko, who has been the RDO Executive Director since 2016 and has made significant efforts to develop and implement the Government's priority reforms for five years, has decided to continue his professional development in another field. The competition for the position of RDO Executive Director was announced in October last year. The competitive selection was carried out by a commission consisting of representatives of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the EBRD and the EU Delegation to Ukraine, with the involvement of professional recruiters from the consulting company Odgers Berndtson Ukraine.

The Reforms Delivery Office is an advisory body that helps the Government of Ukraine supporting reforms from problem analysis and developing an idea and mechanism for its implementation to monitoring the effectiveness and communication of change. RDO is coordinated by the Prime Minister of Ukraine.
