It is envisaged to introduce modern digital tools—including e-Court (e-Sud) and e-Excise (e-Aktsyz)—alongside online monitoring systems and the digitalisation of gambling-licensing processes; to improve the operations of administrative service centres and other public-facing services. These measures will enhance the transparency, efficiency, and accessibility of administrative and other public services for citizens and businesses.
