It is envisaged to introduce a five-year moratorium on business inspections, accelerate privatisation, create incentives to expand manufacturing in Ukraine, mobilise private-sector participation in infrastructure projects and reconstruction, open new markets and expand exports, carry out deregulatory measures, and attract investment funds from the United States and the European Union.
