It is envisaged to implement a programme for the early detection and prevention of non-communicable diseases, develop medical infrastructure, expand rehabilitation and prosthetics services, and ensure an adequate workforce and working conditions for healthcare professionals, including in rural areas and frontline territories.
The plan also provides for the implementation of the European model of sport and the development of sports science, as well as the enhancement of youth policy and the strengthening of national identity.
