It is envisaged to secure international assistance for 2026 and 2027, conduct an expenditure review (audit), take measures to bring the shadow economy into the formal sector, launch a new cooperation programme with the IMF, and draft and submit a new Customs Code to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
It is further envisaged to fully implement the Ukraine Plan, approved by Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 18 March 2024 No. 244, and to carry out other reforms stipulated by international commitments.
