  1. Package of documents for green transformation, including renewable auctions procedure, guarantees of origin order and concept of small-scale RES development
  2. Draft Hydrogen strategy of Ukraine up to 2050 and implementation plan
  3. Draft Law of Ukraine on the implementation of the provisions of Directive (EU) 2018/2001 on the promotion of the use of energy from renewable sources
  4. Policy paper on the CBAM derogation period for the electricity sector
  5. Support in Ukraine's participation in the Board of Governors of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) in connection with Ukraine's membership for the period 2023-2025
  6. Support in coordination of the Peace Formula (Nuclear Safety (1) and Energy Security (3)
  7. Support in practical launch of IAEA Support and Assistance Mission in Kherson Oblast (ISAMKO) to support Ukrainian Authorities in the aftermath of the Kakhovka Dam Destruction
  8. Expert support to the Ministry of Energy to revise the corporate governance structure for the GTS Operator to bring it in line with the OECD Guidelines
  9. Expert support to the Ministry of Energy to support the Transmission System Operator's accession (membership) to ENTSO-E and obtaining the legal status of an ENTSO-E member

PhD in Political Science, Associate Professor, Lecturer at the Department of International Relations and Foreign Policy, Institute of International Relations, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Head of the Master's Degree Program "Environment and Energy Security in International Relations". Professional interests include geopolitical issues, modern aspects of international and regional security, energy issues in international relations, and the environmental factor in international relations. Author of more than 70 scientific papers. Has experience of working with the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources of Ukraine, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, the EU Delegation to Ukraine, the Center for Defense Strategies, DiXi Group, and the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Foreign Affairs.
